charming stay!
great location friendly staff hotel car parking
the location was great, right by the botanical gardens, i loved that it was a short walk to the university. the staff were very friendly and quick when i had questions before i arrived. the hotel car parking was a great help!
the cooked breakfast wasn't the best, though it was still filling.

greasy bacon limited view
I found the breakfast disappointing. the BACON was advertised as grilled, but it was hard and greasy. the view from my room was not good. It overlooked rooftops. there was no view at all.

The staff at the reception were cute and professional, a point in the hotel's favor.
I was disappointed by the small size of the washroom. The shower had horrible water pressure, something one does not appreciate after a long day..
